Welcome to the 2days application. Before using the application, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the application, you agree to comply with all specified in this document.

1. Definitions:
- (Application): This Application that provides mediation services between the lessor and the lessee.
- (Lessor): Any person or entity that uses the application to advertise the lease of products or services.
- (Lessee): Any person or entity that uses the application to rent products or services.
- (User): Anyone who uses the application whether a lessor or a lessee.
- (Advertisement): The advertisement published by the lessor in the application to display products or services available for rent.

2. Terms of Use:
- The lessor must be of legal age (18 years or older) to use the application.
- The lessor is allowed to use the application for legal purposes only and must refrain from publishing advertisements containing illegal content or violating local laws.
- The lessor bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and data included in the advertisement.
- The lessor must not manipulate or alter the information of the advertisements in misleading or untruthful ways.
- The lessee must be serious in the rental request made to the lessor and must not refuse to accept the goods or services after paying their value and receiving them unless they have defects or do not conform to the description and images of the advertisement.

3. Conditions for Publishing Advertisements:
- Advertisements must be clear and correct, including product or service details such as the advertisement’s title, description, price, and images.
- It is prohibited to publish any advertisement that contains illegal content or violates public morals, or that conflicts with intellectual property rights.
- It is prohibited to publish advertisements for prohibited or illegal products or services such as weapons or narcotic substances.

4. Property Rights:
- All rights related to the application (including design, programming, and content) are the exclusive property of the application owners.
- The user is prohibited from copying or redistributing any of the application's contents without prior permission from the application administration.

5. Privacy and Data Protection:
- Personal data of the user is collected and used in accordance with the application's Privacy Policy.
- The application is committed to protecting the privacy of users and will not share personal data with third parties without permission.

6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
- The application reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the application.
- Users should periodically review the terms and conditions to ensure continued use of the application in accordance with the latest versions.

7. Account Suspension or Cancellation:
- The application has the right to suspend or cancel the user's account if they commit any violation of the terms of use or cause harm to the application or other users.
- If the user's account is suspended or canceled, they lose all rights to access the application's services.

8. User Responsibility:
- The user is responsible for the advertisements they rent or publish in front of security authorities.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring that the advertisements do not violate intellectual property rights or data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability:
- The application assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages that the user may incur as a result of using the application.
- The application is not responsible for any issues that may arise between the renter and the landlord, such as financial or legal problems resulting from the advertisements.

10. Governing Laws:
- These terms and conditions are subject to the local laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant state.

  مرحبًا بك في تطبيق يومين، قبل استخدامك للتطبيق، يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بجميع الموضح في هذه الوثيقة.
1. التعريفات:
- (التطبيق): هذه المنصة الإلكترونية والتي تقدم خدمة الوساطة بين المؤجر والمستأجر.
- (المؤجر): أي شخص أو كيان يستخدم التطبيق للإعلان عن تأجير المنتجات أو الخدمات.
- (المستأجر): أي شخص أو كيان يستخدم التطبيق لاستئجار المنتجات أو الخدمات .
- (المستخدم): كل من يستخدم التطبيق سواء مؤجر أو مستأجر.
- (الإعلان): الإعلان الذي ينشره المؤجر في التطبيق لعرض المنتجات أو الخدمات المتاحة للإيجار.

2. شروط الاستخدام:
- يجب أن يكون المؤجر قد بلغ السن القانوني (18 عامًا أو أكثر) لاستخدام التطبيق.
- يُسمح للمؤجر استخدام التطبيق لأغراض قانونية فقط، ويجب الامتناع عن نشر إعلانات تحتوي على محتوى غير قانوني أو يخالف القوانين المحلية.
- يتحمل المؤجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن صحة المعلومات والبيانات المدرجة في الإعلان.
- يجب على المؤجر عدم التلاعب أو التغيير في المعلومات الخاصة بالإعلانات بطرق مضللة أو غير حقيقية.
- يجب على المستأجر أن يكون جاد في طلب الاستئجار المقدم للمؤجر وأن لا يرفض استلام السلعة أو الخدمة بعد أن دفع قيمتها ووصولها له ما لم يكن بها عيوب أو ليست مطابقة لوصف وصور الإعلان.

3. شروط نشر الإعلانات:
- يجب أن تكون الإعلانات واضحة وصحيحة، بما في ذلك تفاصيل المنتج أو الخدمة مثل عنوان الإعلان والوصف والسعر والصور.
- يُمنع نشر أي إعلان يحتوي على محتوى غير قانوني أو مخل بالآداب العامة، أو يتعارض مع حقوق الملكية الفكرية .
- يُمنع نشر إعلانات عن منتجات أو خدمات محظورة أو غير مشروعة مثل الأسلحة أو المواد المخدرة .

4. حقوق الملكية:
- جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بالتطبيق (بما في ذلك التصميم، البرمجة، والمحتوى) هي ملكية حصرية لملاك التطبيق .
- يمنع للمستخدم نسخ أو إعادة توزيع أي من محتويات التطبيق بدون إذن مسبق من إدارة التطبيق.

5. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات:
- يتم جمع واستخدام البيانات الشخصية للمستخدم وفقًا لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق.
- يلتزم التطبيق بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين ولن يتم مشاركة البيانات الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة بدون إذن .

6. التعديلات على الشروط والأحكام:
- يحتفظ التطبيق بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وتصبح التعديلات سارية فور نشرها على التطبيق.
- يجب على المستخدمين مراجعة الشروط والأحكام بشكل دوري لضمان استمرارية استخدام التطبيق وفقًا لأحدث النسخ.

7. تعليق أو إلغاء الحساب:
- يحق للتطبيق تعليق أو إلغاء حساب المستخدم في حال ارتكب أي مخالفة لشروط الاستخدام أو التسبب في ضرر للتطبيق أو المستخدمين الآخرين.
- إذا تم تعليق أو إلغاء حساب المستخدم فإنه يفقد كافة الحقوق في الوصول إلى خدمات التطبيق.

8. مسؤولية المستخدم:
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الإعلانات التي يستأجرها أو التي ينشرها أمام الجهات الأمنية .
- المؤجر هو المسؤول عن ضمان أن الإعلانات لا تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو قوانين حماية البيانات.

9. حدود المسؤولية:
- لا يتحمل التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر أو أضرار قد يتعرض لها المستخدم نتيجة استخدامه للتطبيق.
- التطبيق ليس مسؤولًا عن أي مشاكل قد تحدث بين المستأجر والمؤجر مثل المشاكل المالية أو القانونية الناتجة عن الإعلانات.
10. القوانين الحاكمة:
- تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية .
- في حال حدوث أي نزاع، يتم تسويته في محاكم الدولة المعنية.
